Richard Paul Greenberg, MD, PhD - Medical Director

Dr. Greenberg completed several years of general surgery residency at New York Medical College and the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. Then he completed his neurosurgical residency and also obtained a Ph.D. in Physiology at Virginia Commonwealth University/ Medical College of Virginia.  He is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Lasers, Botox and cosmetic injectables are not new to Dr. G. His love of lasers began at the Medical College of Virginia in the 1980’s when he did research with lasers and began using lasers to remove brain and spinal cord tumors. Botox was used to alleviate pain and disability from muscle spasms. Cosmetic and dermal fillers were used to improve the cosmetic appearance of the skull following surgery for significant skull fractures and other diseases involving the skull bone. He is pleased to note that all the major elements used in his aesthetic practice were in place during his long surgical career.

Ashley Wilson, PA - Aesthetic Injector

Ashley is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated in 2003 from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. She gained extensive experience across multiple medical specialties before finding her passion in aesthetic medicine.  Since 2010, Ashley has specialized in providing injectables, laser treatments, and advanced skincare solutions.

Ashley prioritizes her patients' safety and satisfaction using her artistic eye and dedication to natural, balanced results. She works closely with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes using clinically safe and proven methods. She also focuses on continuing her education and knowledge by attending ongoing aesthetic trainings.

When not caring for her patients, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and their beloved dog. Whether hiking or simply enjoying nature, she values the opportunity to connect with her family and recharge in the fresh air.

Heather McElyea, Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Heather is a licensed medical aesthetician who brings efficiency, focus, and a results-driven mindset to every treatment. With her vast knowledge and expertise, she specializes in skin tightening and rejuvenation, with the 3ForMe laser and Thermage FLX as her top picks.  Patients appreciate Heather’s honest communication, sense of humor, and ability to make them feel at ease while delivering real results. She blends advanced techniques with a down-to-earth approach. When she's not in the treatment room, Heather enjoys reading, exploring new places, and spending time with her family.

Kaitlin Gonzales, Licensed Medical Aesthetician

With a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident in their own skin, Kaitlin brings both heart and expertise to every treatment. Her background in Exercise Science combines advanced aesthetic training to deliver results-focused care tailored to each patient's goals. She has a special interest in skin tightening and collagen stimulation, favoring treatments like Thermage FLX and Genius RF to help patients achieve firmer, more youthful-looking skin. Kaitlin believes feeling confident starts with feeling cared for, and she's dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and excited about their results. Outside the treatment room, she's a proud mom of two who loves staying active and relaxing by the water.

Lori Boyd, Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Lori Elizabeth is a licensed aesthetician, native of Charlotte, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and over 7 years of experience in medical aesthetics. She specializes in laser therapy, including PicoSure laser, and personalized treatment plans for all skin tones. Inspired by her own skin journey with Nevus of Ota, Lori is passionate about helping patients feel confident, seen, and empowered. At Ageless Remedies SouthPark, she creates a results-driven yet compassionate experience, blending her clinical experience with a warm touch. Outside of work, Lori enjoys antique shopping, spending time with friends and family, and spoiling her rescue pup, Persia.

Evelyn Flores, Aesthetician

Originally from Argentina, Evelyn brings 9 years of clinical skincare experience with a focus on results-driven facial treatments. She specializes in advanced protocols for skin health and maintenance, including extractions, lymphatic drainage, and dermal exfoliation. The Hydrafacial is her go-to for delivering instant radiance with long-term benefits. Evelyn takes a holistic approach—balancing technique with personal connection. When not in the treatment room, she enjoys spending time in nature and doing arts and crafts with her daughter.

Colleen Sanderson, Aesthetic Patient Coordinator

Colleen Sanderson brings a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to her role as Patient Care Coordinator at Ageless Remedies.
